The School of Human Ecology offers the following undergraduate programs:

Bachelor of Science with a major in Human Development and Family Science with a pathway in Family Services and Child Development.

Bachelor of Science with a major in Fashion Merchandising and Apparel Design with an emphasis in either Design or Merchandising.

Bachelor of Science with a major in Interior Design.

Bachelor of Science with a major in Recreation with an emphasis in Outdoor Recreation and Tourism and Community Leisure Services.
